Huntington Bank Dixie Hwy, Clarkston

Ever since TCF Bank has merged with Huntington Bank, I have predominantly been going to this location for cash withdrawals and deposits. While the location is newish and the tellers are friendly, sometimes my Huntington ATM card has a hard time being read by their provided outdoor ATM. I just got the card approximately four months ago, and I rarely use it! For this issue, instead I go to the Clarkston Huntington Branch by the (now abandoned) Big Boy restaurant. My Huntington ATM card works at that branch better. Another negative I’ve experienced switching over to Huntington Bank from TCF Bank is the nonexistent coin counting machines. Before, at some (or all?) TCF Bank locations, they would provide their customers with a coin counting machine. Now, at some (or all?) Huntington Bank locations, it seems as though the coin counting machines are no longer available. Instead, the tellers count your coinage. The good news is that there is no coin counting fee at Huntington Bank. This is contrary to TCF Bank as that organization would charge their customers a coin counting fee, yet the bad news is that: 1) Depending on the quantity of your coinage, it can take a long time to count. 2) If it’s a busy day and hour, it holds up the line of people.

Best banking experience ever! Greeted by friendly staff. Worked with Phil, business accounts manager as well and easily moved my account. Will move other accounts soon. Very Happy!!!!

Great place to do your banking. I have never had a problem here and the employees have always been helpful in solving any online problems that I have encountered.

Always so slow. It was dead and waited over 20 min. Just to do a deposit A couple of workers never smile or not friendly.

Went there today to cash 2 small checks in the Drive-thru. They cashed them, but gave us the wrong receipt! They gave us the someone else's receipt & they got ours. In this day & age with hackers & such. Get your act together or say goodbye to our business. We've been with TCF forever, Huntington takes over & well see for yourselves.

I have been banking here since they opened this branch and never had a problem. In fact, I have only had good experiences. Never a long wait and employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

I do my banking here and most of the employees are really helpful. Some will fill out the forms for me but not all.
