Huntington Bank N Springboro Pike, Dayton

Two people in the location and counting a deposit is more important than waiting on a customer in the lobby. Lady working the window barely acknowledged me and told me someone would be right with me. I have never received such service from this bank in my life.

I’ve been banking here for years and the staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I’d recommend this branch to anybody. I use it for both my personal banking and my business banking. Never had an issue.

Highly disrespectful and dismissive, not to mention they could not answer a basic question about my account. They might be able to get something done for you, but don't expect basic customer service.

Charged $10 to cash a check that came from Hunnington. That's ridiculous i can go to walmart for $3. They were also rude.

This bank is rude and racist. Robin was very rude and not helpful at all. When she was with a customer of her own she was laughing and all smiles when I was next her whole demeanor changed and was rude. Her manager missy wouldn’t even look at me when answering a question. This branch needs a change in management.

This location is very unprofessional. The employees are very rude to customers and also management. I asked for a print out of my business account and they refused to give it to me. Needles to say I will be switching banks immediately. I could not believe the lack of service I received.

Done a few mortgages with this bank and they always have beaten out anyone else’s rate

I just called and spoke to Matt he was super friendly and helpful
