Huntington Bank Washington St, Gurnee

I too would give this zero or negative stars if possible. The Bank Officers in this branch are not very knowledgeable or helpful. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The Branch Manager is very rude and supports his Officers even when they're wrong. I personally wouldn't have anything to do with Huntington National if it was the last bank on earth. If you have a car loan, you better re-finance it if you ever sell your car privately!!!

I always have exceptional service at this branch, I have uncommon name and they greet me with my first name. I feel very welcome every time I come. I really don't understand what you could wish more from those guys! Seriously! If I could give six star, I would! Love a cozy feel, no corporate attitude you could get from big bank branches. I am happy I was referred to this branch, I am grateful for having Huntington Bank branch in Gurnee!

If i could give this a zero i would. if you can help it DON'T bank here. I was depositing money for my mom while she was out of time via the night drop and they lost the money I put in the night drop, you read that correctly THE BANK LOST THE MONEY!!! My mom called customer service and the guy treated her like she was stupid. First he asked if I got a receipt from the night drop, then he told her that she needed a dispute form and she searched for it and there was no form and the guy had her search for it again while deciding that she must have been too stupid to know how to spell the word "dispute" so he tried to spell it for her and treated her like this was her first time in a computer. Like I said very horrible experience, and it wasn't even for my account because I don't bank there but I have forever been turned off from ever possibly dealing with these people again, you should too. again if i could give it zero stars i would even though they deserve -100 stars.

Thank you Hifza Malik for your fabulous time and help for setting up my online banking. Prior to visiting your branch, I went to a huntington branch on green bay Rd and they treated me very bad and the customer service was very poor up there. I would say this branch has best professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly tellers.

What's the deal with this Bank. 2 times in a month with no cash in the ATM machine. Talk about convenient. .. seriously considering closing both of my accounts.

I wish I could give zero star. There is very rude girl working here named Virginia. She is absolutely a Be..Very unprofessional, bad tempered and cheap person to the MAX. She is not suited to work in a bank and should be fired. A Liar and aggressive to customers. Absolutely a poor behavior.
