Huntington Bank Harrison Ave, Cincinnati

I have been banking with this bank for about 4 years now. They are super friendly and very helpful. I love going thru the drive thru and being greeted as if I were a friend. The staff here is kind and helpful, it really makes me glad I switched banks!

I came through the drive thru to get a cashier check because they are who I bank through. Since the coronavirus I have always came through the drive thru because I am in contact on a daily basis with grandfather whom is 87 and I would prefer to not walk in if I Don’t have to. The lady working the drive thru told me I had to come in. I told her that I always do it this way. She came back and said she would do it this time but going forward I would have to come in. She then didn’t fill out the check right so I had to come in anyways and Maria was at the front desk and didn’t seem to care much about anything. I will be switching my bank and would not recommend anyone here any more after the experience today. At least not to the Harrison location.

If you want to open a bank account I highly recommend Huntington Bank. They keep the same hours that most banks do. The tellers are very friendly and the bank manager is too. They have great deals for people opening new accounts. Like if you deposit a certain amount of money, they will give you $200 free cash! They also have all the benefits of online banking...transfers, direct deposit, etc... I believe you can even earn money by making regular direct deposits to your account. It's one of my favorite banks. Go in and see what kind of cash incentives you can get from them. You may be surprised!

My experience is always Pleasant and great. The tellers Pitch in to help one another including manager. I appreciate you all and you do a great job. 5 stats for this branch and you clean thank you!!!!

WORST BANK POSSIBLE. NEVER BANK WITH THEM. WORST SERVICE, THEY ARE RUDE , SHADY. STAY AWAY

I have been with Huntington for 6+ yrs, and never had ANY problems with drive thru, walk in or anything. When the few times i had banking issues they took care of them promptly. I will continue my banking with them.

The branch manager we spoke to was wonderful. His name was Rick. I went in with my mom to get details about a LOT of different transactions in her bank account for some paperwork we had to fill out. He had us come in his office and tell him everything we needed and he wrote it all down. He spent a really long time pulling different dates and then going over each one with us after printing each one out for our records. He was very patient and made an extremely stressful situation much easier to navigate. 🙂

The tellers are always very friendly and helpful! Banking with Huntington has been worthwhile with their services and hospitality!

Walked into an empty bank yesterday and was totally ignored!! I turned and left. Employees obviously believe keyboard tapping is mire important than customer service.. Closing accounts soon. Shame
