Huntington Bank N Hamilton Rd, Anna

I must share the sentiment of everyone else on these reviews. I went through the drive thru to DEPOSIT money from another bank into my Huntington acct. The teller then required me to come in because of the amount and check which said-To Huntington Bank Deposit only. I went into the branch to have the teller tell me they could NOT accept the deposit because it said Huntington bank. I was extremely irritated but I left without saying anything. I didnt want to cash the check or get money back just deposit. I was still upset when i got to my car so I called back to have the manager hopefully explain the policy ( which the teller should have done). Lets just say Im still waiting on one of the managers to return my call from last week. It was obviously a biased pop up policy as I drove to another branch who DEPOSITED my check without question.

The staff is very helpful, and the equipment has been upgraded. Great location and good products.

I am not liking the negative reviews because they are some of the nicest people. The most I've had to wait was 10-15 minutes when I was in on a Friday behind a line of 4 people waiting as well. This is the bank I go to on a weekly basis too. They have plenty of staff as well. It's a "bank" you will have to wait at times.

It is disheartening when you walk into the branch and see personal bankers with NO CUSTOMERS and told that you have to schedule appointment to see them, It is not easy to call in and someone just picks up the phone. You wait and wait also. I have been to both Gahanna,OH branches and when a banker is sitting at their desk with no customers and can't help a long term customer it is sad.. I think after 10+ yrs at Huntington i need to just move everything to Chase, as they always make time for their customers. The service has gone down hill!!

This bank is just so horribly staffed I get upset every time I'm in there. The employees themselves are polite. But it's just so SLOW that I would rate a 0/5 if I could. I'm reasonable so I keep giving them another chance, & every time I come back thinking they couldn't possibly take that long again, they set a new low. Not a bad bank if you have all the spare time in the world and don't mind waiting around forever. -Very disappointed customer.

23 min in the drivethru to process a 30 sec deposit transaction. great job Huntington of wasting my time. Open your lobby!!!!! Can you explain why closing your lobby changes the wait time from 2 minutes to 30. ABSOLUTE INCOMPTENECE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment far in advance because of COVID precautions. I was on time, the doors were locked, and two tellers ignored me as I tried to grab their attention. What is the point to making the appointment?

Friendly, but extremely slow. Currently over 20 min waiting at the drive thru. No one else here. for a simple withdrawal. Open your lobby please.
