Nice and friendly staff, great bank just hard to get to because of construction

I was doing an IRA transfer and Mackenzie was wonderful. I would highly recommend her at this bank.

I’ve been with US Bank since I was 16-years old (Star Bank at that time), so making a switch was scary. But when I realized I was being charged to transfer money amongst my own accounts, I knew it was time for a change. I have been very surprised at how wonderful this bank has been. First off, I didn’t even have to step foot inside the bank to open an account. I work 12 hour shifts so that certainly helped! Every single time I have walked into the bank, everyone is extremely and genuinely helpful. Their fees for accounts are by far the best. Finally, their equipment ALWAYS functions as it should. Every time I’ve gone to use their ATM it is working without difficulty. ALL other banks constantly have issues with the cash deposit system, yet this bank seems to never have a problem. I have a teenage son managing an account and he overdraws from time to time so we have to deposit money to correct it. It’s almost as if this bank wants their customers to be successful! Highly recommend this bank! I wish I would have changed many years ago. Thank you for what you do, dear Huntington Bank. This middle class girl appreciates you.

They moved the bank to a horribly inconvenient location, hard to get in and out, no traffic light to 338, the ATM feels unsafe if you go there after hours. I actually injured my shoulder because they lock the doors while you are inside and wait until you jerk it and injure yourself before they click it to open! The other Huntingtons in KY don't do this,even though this branch is closest to me, I will NEVER go there again!

I tried to wire money and she wanted me to go else where to do so. Not helpful.

Only bank that does 7 day holds on deposits and freeze the whole account. The worst banking experience

I am a newer Huntington customer (business and personal) and I just have to share my experience with the Walton branch. They are wonderful, they go above and beyond to build relationships with their clients. One example of the exceptional service and dedication to their customers is the fact that they review each situation as if it were happening to them personally. I made large transfer from my checking to my online brokerage account, which I had offset by a transfer from another online account into my checking. The funds coming in were delayed and didn’t arrive in time, which caused my transfer out to be returned. It was completely my fault and without the help from Nathan and Emily, along with other Branch Managers, this could’ve really spiraled into something really unfortunate. I just want to say thank you for the outstanding service! You have earned a customer for life.

My card got jammed in their ATM machine I called the number in the account made it clear that I did not bank with them, they said that's fine, I just needed my ID and I could go and get my card today, when i arrived they told me that i could not get my card back and acted as if i was lying to them, I have not had my card or been able to withdrawl any money for 3 days now. They built a new bank but still use the old ATM that has a hard enough time spitting cards back out.

I have been with Huntington Bank for 20 years or more have always recommended them to others. I like my bank very much.
