PNC Bank Mt Zion Rd, Florence

This location has the longest wait time of any bank I have ever been to despite typically only having 2-3 customers inside at any given time. All of the employees are friendly, but they are not always helpful and consistent. I am writing this review in reference to attempting to close an account. I visited the branch, and I was told they couldn't help me until all of my pending charges were posted. That was fine, and I was told I could the branch to resolve it once everything was posted. When I called the branch the next day, I waited on hold 10+ minutes, I was told they could not help me over the phone, and I was transferred before I could ask any questions.

These people should wait to smirk and giggle when someone comes in and wants to open an account and wait judge them until they find out who that person is. Typical illiterate Kentucky personalities.

The fees are ridiculous mobile says 22 dollars then next day I’m overdrawn 293$ and nothing new hd came out the system they use makes no sense gotta get away from them

I have banked with this bank for years and they have been nothing but great. I think with COVID-19 and people being forced to work from home, it is difficult to have enough staff and it makes it harder. I would be a little more patient realizing things will change. I give 5 stars for them!

Went by here Saturday in route to Columbus to buy a car. I wish I caught the name of the nice lady working the drive thru. She was the nicest. You don't meet many like her anymore.

This has been my bank for 18 years, and I am proud to say so. Every time I interact with them - inside or in the drive through - they are helpful and super courteous. Not sure when or how the bad reviews could’ve happened because I’ve never experienced anything remotely similar to their complaints.

I can’t wait to switch banks. No one here wants to work. If you go inside it’s like pulling teeth to get what you need done to be done. They are rude. I mean I know it’s PNC wouldn’t even call it a real bank idk why I even switched to them. They are not worried if someone hacks your account and steals your money. They are not willing to help just push you off to the 800 number. Why even have banks open then!?

ATM hardly ever works. Called to speak to someone about an overdraft charge on my account and she transferred me to the PNC phone number and I thought that was very impersonal. Not to mention my husband and I felt racially profiled when we went there to deposit a check and the teller seemed off and seemed like she didn’t want to help. So we went to a different bank. Unfortunately this is the closest branch to me since moving but I will call and travel back to my original cold spring branch for great customer service.

I'll be the first to say I had a horrible review for this location 4 years ago. I decided to give it another chance and I'm so glad I did. The people here are amazing, warm and kind. Especially Susan who greets you right at the front door! If you've had issues in the past, I urge you to try again.

It's a Saturday. One drive through window. I've been here since 10:53. Its 11:19, and they are working with the 2nd car ahead of me. This is ridiculous. I get there is a virus, but not sure why they cant have 2 windows open at drive through.
