Huntington Bank Thatcher Ln, Carmel

I've always had good service with Huntington in general. But the assistance Caleb provided today was fantastic. He went beyond normal levels to help with my situation.

We love Huntington Bank! Been with them for 10 years and its been great! Oh, and most banks no longer take loose change. Theres a machine at Kroger for that.

Went in to cash in change for an upcoming vacation. The lady said we don't have a machine to count change. I asked if any of the Huntington's did and she said no. Told me that I could go to Coinstar and pay them to count it. I said no I bank here I don't want to pay for it to get counted. She gives me a bunch of change rolls and says here you can count it and roll them. Acting irritated and one staff member was nice for a short time and then the manager said we can't help you because we're short staffed. Absolutely ridiculous! I barely go into the bank anymore and the one time I do I get told to go somewhere else to count my money. Maybe time to switch banks.

Get all the banking services you need in a small neighborhood bank setting. The staff is courteous and the environment is clean and inviting. I always recommend Huntington - particularly this location - to all my friends.

Great banking options for checking accounts. Nice location with several drive thru ATMs. Convenient banking with good service.
