They are fully aware their ATM is faulty and refuse to close it or even put up a warning sign for customers that the ATM may eat your deposits without putting it in the account. Not only did they admit they were aware of the problem and weren't going to warn their customers, they also stated they have no idea when it will be fixed. Their only solution is to make you file a dispute that according to them could take up to 10 days before they let us know IF I'll have my money returned to me. I will NEVER use this location again.

I attempted to use their atm to deposit cash. Instead of depositing it the machine ate the money stating they could not process it in time so I would have to talk to a branch employee. That was after hours on a Saturday so I have no idea if they will resolve this and my bill payment is just gone in the meantime.

I get good service here, the bank tellers are all nice and helpful, when I visit the bank there is usually no waiting time, they do their best to help my business every time, would recommend this bank to friends and family

Certainly not a friendly place to bank. I would not reccomend this branch. The young tellers are rude.

Vicki was beyond helpful and I really appreciate her and her kindness during a difficult time. My online banking was compromised and she helped me close an account that I had for 15 years and reopen another. Thank you, Vicki!

This bank was TCF and had many good employees that were friendly. It’s now Huntington bank and customer service is TERRIBLE. The new employees have terry dispositions. They are unfriendly and act as if they are the customer. How about learning the meaning of customer service or getting out of this industry. I will definitely remove all my money. DO NOT BANK at this branch.
