Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 23 Mile Rd, New Baltimore

Call 20x at different locations to make an appointment for wire transfer…. no one answered… automatic teller massager repeats :”everyone is serving other customers.”. .automatically disconnects you. Someone tell me why should I keep money here and bank with them?

This branch is terrible! Impossible to bank there. Staff is rude and they take forever if they are ever open. First picture is one I took Sunday. The next picture is for Monday. They change their hours daily to closed.

I personally recommend coming to this branch just to work with Asya. She makes handling difficult business easy and is always efficient in her work. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. 👍🏼

Most of the time there is a little wait, but they work hard to get to you. All courteous, professional and if you have an issue, bring it to their attention and they do their best to help. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because when you are on disability and have kids in the car it is kind of hard sometimes to get out of the car and drive thru is not available at all on Saturdays. Other then that, they are a great bank to do personal and business with

I was the next person in line in the Drive-Thru, send them my already filled out withdrawal slip, and it took over 10 minutes before somebody came and acknowledged that my tube was there. Busiest Bank day of the week and they have nobody running the window. I see why this place ranks so low.

This branch needs immediate improvement, Your staff and tellers have zero customer service skills, you forgot that the people who come in are customers of the bank I had a very bad experience here and the worst is that the lady manager that was there at the time was just as ignorant as her staff, it's so sad that whoever is responsible for this branch sees all the negative feedbacks and nothing is been done about it. I've been in the area for 3 years now and I hate going to this bank If you need to open an account do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also when trying to withdraw 2000 dollars for my account they said I need an appointment to get the money out ? Are you serious? I don't need any appointments to deposit any amount of money here though Shame on you, Bank of America = thieves of America

There's 4 people doing something other than helping the 1 teller with 6 customers in line, manager needs to be replaced!

Closed without notice. No drive thru service so if you have small children you have to take them in. Long waits. Hate this bank. They have someone asking why you're there today. That person could be behind the counter helping the line move faster.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Rude and lazy women working there. Who greatly need an attitude check. How does a policy change in two days. You stopped a child from getting there medication because no one wanted to help and follow there own policy. You should be ashamed. I even called corporate who said you lied to me. All because you're to lazy to do your job. Im totally disgusted with this bank and this location. Just awful.

Had a meeting at this branch today to discus some banking business, my wife and I met with Tanya Biecker. All our banking needs were taken care of in a very professional, proactive manner, we are certainly more than pleased with the way our requirements were handled.
