I was extremely disappointed with the level of service that was provided for me. I felt like I was discriminated against by Patty Williams. being the manager there she humiliated my father and mother. English being there second languge she treated them very disrespectfully even though we do tremendous amount of business with Huntington for the past 30 years to be completely honest my mom and dad came home extreme upset and disappointed Therefor; we have made a decision to move all my accounts to a different bank completely. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service that was provided for me. I felt like I was discriminated against with Patty Williams being the manager there. she humiliated me and my family. she treated me very bad even though I have a lots of accounts with them and I’ve been doing business with them for such a long time. 😔

She humiliated and disrespected my family. I have been doing business with them for such a long time. At the end of the day, this is suppose to be a bank where you provide good customer service. If you bank here I suggest you go elsewhere!! 😢

Patty, Christine and Lauren always go above and beyond for me. I appreciate the level of service I get.

There are never enough tellers to service the clientele at this branch. I have seen people leave because of the long wait. Today there was four people ahead of me and four people behind me. There was one teller at counter, one at drive thru and one banker.

Huntington bank continues to be my favorite bank.
