This branch's hiring criteria has reached new lows. A young woman waited on me recently and she was clueless. She had to ask me what a certain symbol was. I said that's a dollar sign. And wow painfully slow service. The manager had to come out and wait on the long line of people forming behind me because of this very slow teller.

This is the banker that I went live about yesterday he was not helpful at all and seems as if he did not want my business!! I had to repeatedly ask him questions about the business accounts and what are the benefits of each account. Instead of him saying we have three business accounts here and these are what they offer. Which one do you think fits your business? NO that’s not what Zachary did instead he stated the lowest one and stated if your business is doing under $5000 this is the one that you want to go with. And stop there so here I go again having to ask questions again. I said ok so what does the other two offer. He clearly is very judge mental and judges people by the way they look and dress. It’s very sad that we still have people in this world like that. Huntington bank will never see a dollar our business ever in life thanks to the representative here.

This is the first time for me I got to that location the people what is the deer they are so awesome and especially the lady —Stacey Harm— I don’t know but I believe she is the manager there she is very good I like her so much she been very patient with me I’m very honest and she teach me to do stuff I don’t know how to do it Thank you for hunting bank to hire a Nissan of people at the thank you🌹

These people are lazy and rude. Mostly lazy, and slow, and even more lazy. I'm ready to quit Huntington all together because of this one branch.

I have visited the Tecumseh MI, Grosse Pointe & Clinton Twp locations since opening my account 4 months ago. Aways a pleasure to visit any Huntington Bank location. Small town homey atmosphere combined with nice amenities and personalized service. I am very happy I made the switch from Old National.
