Huntington Bank N Memorial Dr, Lancaster

This bank needs to get their stuff together, at least in my area. ATM’s- all two of them, are always down for one reason or the other. You would think that a bank of this size would and could keep up on their maintenance, but evidently it’s proving to be a difficult task for the people who like to announce their position but can’t handle the day to day workings of running a financial institution. Two stars because SOMETIMES money does go in and out of their machines.

This location has helped me with so many things over the years. From helping me with my mom's account when she had a stroke to going above and beyond with their customer service when there were issues. They have been amazing!

I've been banking at this location for 3 or 4 years now. I almost always go into the lobby to do my banking but occasionally I use the ATM's. I've never encountered any of the issues other reviewers state they have had. All staff that I've encountered have been friendly, courteous and helpful. I'm always greeted by a smiling face as soon as I enter the door. If the line is getting backed up, other staff stop what they're doing and open another window. I've never had any surprise fees. Claims that management or staff purposely mess with your transactions is absurd - if you try to take out more than you have in there, you're going to get charged a fee. That's the nature of the beast. Grow up and start managing your finances like an adult.

Update! Even though I was very upset with Huntington. The situation did get taken care of and ever since. I have been nothing but highly satisfied with this bank. The lady I had taken alot out on about this has done nothing since but been nice I will find out her name if I can and share it but if not for her I'd probably closed out my accounts. Thank you bank lady! So with that I will change my rating from 1 to a 4. Took me 6 days to get my money back from your ATM machine. Third party serviced or not your name is on it you're responsible. No excuses! Period! Lancaster ohio and ATM infront of planet fitness.

Always accomodating and helpful with multi-line personal and business accounts. Never an issue. Great service.

Always have trouble getting deposits to show up in a timely fashion. Got an email for a Zelle deposit showing they got it, it took over a full week for the funds to appear in my account. Similar story with a check from my insurance company for home repairs. Won't be here long, I think...

They locked my account because I was buying crypto. Then they never told me and I went to use my card and it was declined. When I called CS, they said I had to go to the nearest bank (20 miles away) to produce a SS card to the teller. I’m going back to PNC. Screw Huntington.

I am giving this Huntington three stars because they are so slow. Every Time I come here I'm waiting a long time in the drive thru so I sometimes try and save time and deposit in the ATM -but the ATM is always messed up. It has taken my money multiple times and I've had to go inside and file a claim or call corporate if it is after bank hours. In the meanwhile I Then have to wait for the claim to go through wasting more of my precious time before I can have my money! I do think Huntington is a great bank though, just haven't had the best experience at this particular one.

4 out of 5 times I have visited this location the atm was out of service. Very inconvenient if you can't make it there during normal banking hours.

Long time customer. Not perfect. But pretty darn good.
