Rude people inside. Customer service sucks There is a reason why they have a 2.2 Google rating. Time for the Manger to get fired or get off you a*s to start to improve Customer experience

Ridiculous that the bank isn’t open and you have to go through the drive-thru. Grocery stores are open, schools are open and other banks are open. If you don’t want to open your bank, get more help for the drive-thru. No reason customers should have to wait 25-35 minutes.

Most of the time only one drive thru lane is open. They don’t open the drive thru on time either. But once you actually get to the teller, service is quick and friendly.

This is the worst bank you can bank at.there drive thru machines do not work well at all.they will not even accept cash and the bankers inside dont care about that or you...............they had a virus on the website right during xmas weekend I wonder why?

I wouldn’t give any stars I didn’t get what I needed done today the people at the front desk were ver my helpful, but the person you sit in & talk to (Adam) was very rude was on the phone & said they he’s going to be on here a while & couldn’t help. Did not feel welcomed or felt like he was there to help

Terrible drive thru experience. The teller was a know it all, that knew nothing at all

My daughter brought me here to open my account the gentlmen who help me was funny and friendly but my daughter always has issues with the tellers some are rude or ignor you while waiting in line by continuing talking to the person at their window after the transaction is complete. So we now go to otlher branches I go the Cedar branch and my daughter goes to the giant eagle store branch next door to 6341 Mayfield Rd, branch.

We wanted to open deposit box. We were asked to wait for 15 minutes but they forgot about us. In 30 minutes we just left. My Dad has hard time walking, and this trip was not easy for him. Atrocious customer service!
