Staffing keeps inside closed. Not able to take care of present needs. Small bank with drive thru open.

I had a business account with them for 3 years I had a small issue that I had no control of and caused my account to close I paid it up current was only closed 4 a short period they would not reopen another account 4 me leaving me with nowhere to cash my check they should be ashamed of themselves during a time when people need help the most they shut the door on you. Shame on you..

The location is convenient for people in the area and the staff are always very friendly when you visit but there are frequent hiccups in their operations and my funds have been held hostage on several occasions due to no fault of my own. Unfortunately, money is king and the location and atmosphere mean nothing if I have to keep suffering these unnecessary financial interruptions in my life.

Wonderful staff, so helpful and I've sat with Nicole and the other wonderful woman they actually take there time with me and make sure I have a good experience and get done what needed to be done. All the bankers there are very knowledgeable and very nice woman!!. I've been with them since around January and had 1 issue with me not having a job at the time and I was in overdraft and they helped me so much with the overdraft fees. This place is a great bank and I definitely recommend this place!
