Huntington Bank Princeton Rd, Hamilton

Came in at 3:30 to make a wire transfer and was told banker would be busy with one customer the rest of the day. This location needs more staff if they can’t keep up with the volume of customers

Extremely poor customer service. My wife visited to discuss fees that were charged to our account. The same, tired excuse that the local branch can't assist and has no power. So, we asked to escalate to her boss. We were told, on multiple occasions, that we would receive a call back. Of course, two days pass and no call. Issue still not resolved so I have to escalate. Why are their "account managers" and "branch managers" if they don't provide a service?

I only have a car loan through Huntington. I set up automatic payments via the 800 number. I wanted to change the dates my payments were being taken out and this location was convenient for me to visit. The document I signed was correct. When I got a letter in the mail, the automatic payment was less than what I owed. I went into the branch to figure out why I received a letter with incorrect information, and a gentleman said he did not know and did not even see it entered in the system. He made a few calls with no success. He said he would send an email and call me back that day. He not only did not call that day, but he was off the next day and he never contacted me (my payment was due the day he was off). I have worked in customer service since my first job many years ago. If you say you will do something, do it. If you do not, you lose business. I ended up calling the 800 number again (because I did not want to be charged a late fee due to someone at the company being incompetant) and they fixed everything for me.

Tried several times to work with loan officer to begin my home buying process. She literally called once, said she'd call back to complete application and never did.

Poor customer service!! They are so rude there! The fact we have not been able to mobile deposit for 3 months is the most inconvenient also! How does a company not fix this issue???!!! I'm about to close my account and go elsewhere, they don't care though cause customer service is not a priority here.

No one says anything positive about their bank!? We've had PHENOMENAL service from Alberto and several others at this branch. We operate our marketing company nearby, and this is our main branch. Easily a weekly visit and a smile!

The bank itself is also great- no monthly fees (depending on the type of account you get), an up-to-date and functional mobile app, the option for mobile deposits and transfers. It’s hard to beat the price of “free!”

Really great staff. Overall friendly and willing to help on my account anytime I have a problem. The only thing I don't like is that I was given the wrong direct deposit slip to turn into my employer and now I am fighting to get MY money back due to THEIR negligence. My employer has tried everything and we've been in contact with the bank SEVERAL times. May I mention that it was A MONTH AGO? Yes, I've been fighting for my check FOR A MONTH. I think the person who gave me the wrong direct deposit slip needs to pay me the money from her own check since she made the mistake.

I have multiple accounts at Huntington and thought that all branches were the same I was wrong. The customer service at this branch is subpar. While it’s closer to home I will go to the Union Center or Cox RD branch instead. If this were the only location I would pull my money out!
