Cashland Dixie Hwy, Fairfield

I brought in some gold for a short term loan. They were busy and folks were being rude. Not to mention the one of the two employees was training. However the woman welcomed, said there was another person ahead of me and was very friendly. When it was my turn she was really nice and efficient. I thought she did an awesome job. Fingers crossed it goes that well when I pick up my items. Although I'm quite certain it will.

Very helpful, professional, and most of all sympathetic. I had the pleasure of working directly with the manager. She's very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable when having to pawn your treasured belongings. I will definitely go here again.

DO NOT PAWN YOUR ITEMS HERE! EVER! My Husband pawned His 55 inch Samsung 4K curved TV, PS4 & Laptop. It was there for about 7 months when We were finally able to the items out. Your not even ready for what's to come... We get to Cashland-Fairfield Ohio and Hubby goes in while I wait in the car. He's in there for about 10 minutes when He calls Me and says "You need to call Fairfield Police, They can't find My TV!" I'm saying remain calm, Maybe They moved it to another store because of the size of it. So I go inside and every Employee in the place is SILENT! Another Employee on the phone comes through the front door after saying He was looking in the basement to see if it's stored there and informs My Husband that HIS TV HAS BEEN DROPPED and is at the repair shop and that He could have it back in the next hour. WHAT?! My Husband refuses at that point to get His TV back in repaired condition when it was literally 2 months old when He pawned it. Not to mention it's a smart TV and there is no telling the real damage done to it! The Employee tells Him that only the casing around the TV got cracked, Husband declined still. Finally, They agreed to give Him $800 to get a new one. Ok, Now on to the PS4, The system He the Employee tried to give Him was NOT HIS! The controller He tried to give Him was NOT HIS. The excuse, New Management has taken over and the old Management did not put the serial numbers into the systems with the pawns. THATS ABSURD! So the Employee offered Him a newer slim PS4 that was SOMEONE ELSES as well as a PS4 controller that was SOMEONE ELSES because They didn't know where His was. So now Someone else has lost Their info on Their PS4 because the place that We all trust with Our items has obviously failed to do Their jobs! My Husband has been going here for years and that will NEVER happen again! They need to be shut down! They are not giving You YOUR items back! That could void warranties and several People are losing information! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!!! This place needs to wipe ALL Employees and MANAGEMENT!!!

So I pawn a T.V with these guys. Come back to get MY T.V and they give me clearly the wrong one. Serial numbers don't match, so clearly it's the wrong item. I wish I could post a picture of the TV they gave me with the wrong serial on it. I will be back Wednesday to talk to the district manager because clearly the manager can't and won't fix the problem. Now I know why this place has a 2.5 stars!!!!!

Solid spot. First time using them in a year or so. Better than they used to be for sure.

I have been going to Cashland in Fairfield, Hamilton and even Woodlawn for several years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, very professional especially the managers at all 3 places. I have bought a few things but mostly pawned many items. Never any issues never any problems. They treat me so nice and seem to really care about their customers. I myself have been in customer service for many years and I will only go we're I know I will be treated with respect and professionalism. 5 stars all the way!!

I worked there last spring. It should have been a OK job for the pay. But I'm a hard worker and the "mean" girls did nothing most of the time. I was new and left alone while they all talked about me and customers! Very rude I would never work for that company again! One girl even laughed at me to the other girls about my clothes! I'm poor and can't afford nice jeans. I heard them so I stand up for myself and the Manger took their side called me a bad apple??!! Ok... so I quit. Life is to short to work with ass hole s

Well to start off I waited for 15-20 minutes while one employee was helping a coustomer while the other two stood behind the counter doing nothing that I could see. I was helped by a gentalmen with Gage's and he was nice until we wanted to make a deal... I had a brand new car stereo touch screen in the original box and worth well over 100$ and told him I couldn't take less than that he laughed and continued to open the box and take all the paper work out. I was stern on price and was wanting to make a deal.. I even bumped down to 80$. As he was looking at my product I said I really like that guitar over there and said I would make a trade. I figure a new stereo and a low tear guitar would be an ok trade. He laughed again he said "no trades" don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to and I can tell by the way they wanted to make a deal with me most the people in there are desperate. Know it's a pawn shop but the guy wasn't going to even try doing business with me. I'll just go to Craigslist from now on.

All business have a problem with customers sometimes..we're all humans there is gonna be a good day or a bad day..service is been awesome for me

The staff was very welcoming and friendly the manger was exceptional very pleasant visit to pawn something
