Huntington Bank Oakman Blvd, Dearborn

This is the absolute worst Huntington location and the worst banking experience I've ever had. The require you to make appointments for simple things like a name change, but when you show up, they never have time for the appointment, then have the audacity to refuse to serve you for a simple withdrawal because your married name doesn't match on the account. They never have enough staff! Half the staff are extremely rude, while the kind staff are so overwhelmed, they can't give you the best customer service. Do better!

Worst customer service and always understaffed, they still work with appointments even tho when you call they tell you walk in is available. Other banks don't have appointments and more organized.

90% of people shouldn't be allowed to give reviews, they don't take things like a worldwide pandemic into account. We all had to make adjustments in the way we live and work. People are slightly inconvenienced and they leave a bad review. Wanda, the branch manager, is extremely professional and goes above and beyond with every engagement I have with her. Zeina is also professional and gives the bank a friendly atmosphere as if you are visiting family, not a bank.

0 star every time I come to use the ATM deposit is unavailable I am going to change this bank for sure I can’t keep coming three to four times to do deposit hoping the ATM is available

WORST bank ever in the history of banks. Why? Because I came in there 3weeks ago to apply for loan and the lady took my personal and business information inlude my tax documents and now I can't seems to reach them over the phone so I went there the same lady told me I'm busy you can leave and I will call you with the results that was 2 weeks ago and nothing yet!!! I don't want the loan anymore I just want my documents back. It's very sensitive information you know. NEVER AGAIN going to Huntington bank.

Was in the area so I stopped here. This is the first HB branch I have been to with the old school bullet proof glass, wow! I had really gotten used to the open glass free layout of other branches. There were also no pens or deposit slips in the middle island, but there was free coffee. Teller was friendly and I was able to make my deposit ok. I needed to talk to someone about my Business account but after 30 minutes of waiting I had to leave to go back to work. The banker was patiently explaining something to their current client and I understand good service can take time. I have nothing against this branch just reporting how my first visit here was today.

Wanda “the manager” is an absolute mess. Rude unprofessional and thinks she works at bakery.. this is a bank. Learn manners!

I had a horrible experience with a older lady who has blonde hair . She is much older in age and has shoulder length hair which was kinda wavy . I didn’t get her name but her attitude was so bad . I honestly feel like removing my money and taking it to another bank because of her service . She was no help because she said “ it was too much for her “ . I wanted them to investigate a fraud that happened to my account and I got no answers because again , she said “ it’s too much for me to handle right now “ . Never again will I go there again , thanks to her .

No one picks up the phone calls when calling the branch. They ask you to leave a voice mail, you leave one and no calls you back. The Branch manger doesn't pick up her phone either, and no matter how many times you call and leave messages... no one gets back with you. The bank took sensitive documents from me to apply to loan, and I can't even get my papers back from them. Worst bank service I have seen around town, I can't believe I can't even get my documents from them. Avoid this branch if you can!

This bank has the worse drive thru service, the lobby is closed because of covid. If your taking out more then the maximum amount allowed at the ATM you have no other choice then to spend at least 2 hours of your day lost in a sea of cars that's being directed by a security guard. They have been kind enough to add another ATM but if your there to deposit money into one of them guess what, they're already full and can take no more so you have to get in line and wait 2 hours also. This is a daily occurrence not just a one time thing and I'm seriously considering changing banks and I've been a customer here for over 10 years!
