Huntington Bank W State St, Alliance

Downgraded from a 3 to a 1 today as they tried to charge me $10 to cash one of their checks because i don't have an account. The person writing the check does... Huntington is written on the check!

Not friendly at all, not helpful, nor do they show attitude that they want to be helpful. Im trying to get all my accounts together for the holidays and huntington is making it really had to bank here anymore..im looking for a credit union after this review.

Well-staffed with friendly tellers, so doesn't take much time to get taken care of inside. Have had some issues with the ATMs on the exterior of the building from time to time though. Plenty of parking.

The only issue I have had with this bank has been when I didn't use my savings account after so long, they closed the account without my knowledge. Good bank and good service. Every teller is super nice and helpful. I love the free checking account.

I work for a larger corporation that banks with several branches of Huntington and by far this is the worst Huntington bank I’ve ever been too. I went in today and Tara helped me with my change and I asked her if I had a deposit slip there I dropped in my drop at 6 AM this morning. They proceeded to tell me including Tara that it was not in there and that they didn’t have it so they went back and checked the night drop and there was my deposit. Tara then said that I had a drive to after 8 AM this morning because they count them at 8 o’clock when I told her I said hey I drop it off at 6 AM this morning and I had a video record it she said you couldn’t of and Adam dropped off at 8 o’clock I’m just telling you. Every time I go in there Tara has a nasty attitude And terrible customer service. It’s a shame to see that that branch has went downhill.I’ve been in there at least 15 times in the last month and have said in line longer than 25 minutes to get my deposit county in to get change for my store. There’s nothing quick or convening about Huntington bank at this branch. I took my personal banking elsewhere because of how terrible this branch is. You really need to invest in better quality help instead of Non customer friendly oriented.

Please Read! My wife and I tried to go set up a joint bank account. They said we couldn't do it because she hasn't changed her name yet and because or IDs weren't updated to our new addresses. Well, that was a straight up lie! We talked to another branch because that sounded odd and they knew exactly what branch told us this bold faced lie. Moral of the story don't go here. They either don't know what they are talking about or tell lies out of laziness.

If you want to cash your paycheck or deposit your paycheck on pay day expect to wait 28 hours for you koney to actually land in your account to be used...and if you expected to walk in there and cash your paycheck they will ask if you have enoigh money in you acount to cash it. What a contradiction to the whole purpose of a pay check.

Horrible customer service. Won’t even return phone calls OR answer their phones. Goes straight to voicemail. Trying to resolve a deposit for a week and still nothing. Can’t get my money. Don’t go here or your going to have issue after issue.

Horrible bank I deposited a $5,000 check they told me that the check was good which I knew that it was but then they returned it and cause me to get an overdraft when I borrowed against it with their permission do not do business with them I'm going to be facing eviction and all my furniture going back

It is not specific to this location but Huntington’s policy on crediting weekend and holiday mobile deposits is absolutely ridiculous and the reason I am looking elsewhere to bank. I made a mobile deposit on Monday and this is Wednesday and still not credited. I could have just gone to the bank or elsewhere and cashed the check on Tuesday morning and at least had my money. Policy is really aggravating and unsatisfactory.
