Took a loan out & I specifically told the guy that I wanted an installment plan. Instead of him doing that he told me to come back in 2 weeks and I wouldn't have to pay anything just inform them of signing me up on some other type of payment plan that breaks it up into 4 payments... I never got a receipt or anything confirming this... I go in today and I'm told my loan was due yesterday and there is nothing they can do because I had to be there yesterday to qualify YET the guy who processed everything 2 weeks ago never told me I had a set day to come in on or I couldn't set up payments. One day late and they can't even cooperate and help me out when it was their employees mess up. If he would've let me go on about doing an installment instead of messing everything up. I'd be perfectly fine.. Now I have an overdue loan and no money to pay it. It's a joke! Don't waste your time.

Scammers, offered $40 for a $200 monitor lol. You are a joke. Tried to show me an Ebay BID. Nice try, but I'm not the one I know what it's worth and $80 was more than fair asking price. No need to respond your saving face isn't going to work.

Call to see if they had a game console i was looking for and they had it and said they would hold it for 20 minutes got there in 18 minutes for them to say they just sold it...

Bought a couple tools and an amplifier. The tools worked however the amplifier did not after I was told they 'check them before buying.' I'm sure they do but I brought it back and asked if I could get my money back they asked if I had the 'piece of mind' insurance and I never even heard that before. Had I been informed about it I would have gotten it. Oh well. The tools I got were fine. The staff was friendly and inviting. Be aware of the audio equipment for sure!

They ripped my son off 100 bucks. They sold the item he'd been paying for on his last payment date.

What a complete joke. Wouldn’t take a Mac because I didn’t have AN ACESSORY. Then the little girl behind the counter neglected to tell me I needed a pay stub to look into s loan. Complete circus, not to mention the store is dirty and smells of sewage.

They sell broke stuff and won't exchange out unless u pay piece of mind fee.. LMAO
