Amazing! Quick and clean close! My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were pretty nervous with such a large transaction. I can not say enough amazing things about this guy! I was a first time home buyer so I needed lots of guidance through the process. After receiving the bid on my house I ran into a problem. My appraisal for the house didn't come in where I needed it to with my other lender and time was of the essence to find a new lender. I spoke with skyline and they were able to get a new appraiser out to my house and get the paperwork needed in a timely manner.
