Ken at Howard’s was recommended to me by my girlfriend. She bought a necklace from Ken that I fell in love with. Ken is very knowledgeable and personable. He remembered my girlfriend and the necklace she had bought. He was able to find this necklace for me and order it for me since they didn’t have it in their store. Ken went out of his way for my hubby and I. He exceeded our expectations! I can’t wait to make more purchases from him. His prices are very fair and their customer service can’t be beat!

I would like to thank our sales person, (her name was TINA) she was EXCELLENT, there was no pressure, she was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in finding something in our budget. I don't like jewelry shopping, but she made it as pleasant as possible. THANK YOU TINA. I would recommend her over any jeweler out there. Now that the deal is done, I would like to say we got a better value, nicer looking woman and men's wedding rings, than all 4 places we looked at. We compared apples to apples on the quality, clarity and diamond sizes they offered, and they were almost twice the value, we couldn't believe it. Shennevean and Tina are so wonderful, patient worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted. Shennevean listened to me and helped me find my perfect ring. They did not try and push something that I did not want. They even tried to offer to fix what I had as my ring needed cut off it was too tight. Thank you both so much !!!!

I went to Howard’s for my wife’s engagement ring and will definitely return with her for more jewelry in the future. They made a custom one of a kind rose gold engagement ring shaped like a rose with my great grandma’s old European cut put in the center of the diamond. Not only is the craftsmanship top notch, and the ring one of a kind; my wife says her friends are all jealous of how unique her ring is compared to a standard one. We just had our first baby and I plan to buy her a necklace from Howard’s someday soon :) what makes this place great is quality people who care about the product the make. Anything you buy from them will bring you joy for a lifetime!

I went to Howard’s Jewelry to have the main diamond on my ring replaced after it broke off and got lost. Sherry was my main point of contact. She brought out a handful of loose diamonds to pick from. While they were all beautiful, nothing jumped out and made me say “that’s the one.” She and another co-worker thought outside of the box and found a pendant on a necklace that I was able to use. Now THAT was the one! What a great idea that was. The finished product of my ring is absolutely beautiful! I’m so appreciative for those two working together to help with this.

Great and local! We went there for our wedding bands and had them special ordered. Both bands came in faster than expected but the real treat was they came in under what they had quoted us and Howards passed on the savings to us with a credit instead of just taking the extra savings themselves as a larger profit! What jewelry company is doing this? Amazing and I don’t leave reviews often but they have earned my trust! Well done!

We’ve been loyal customers to Howard’s for over 5 years now and we absolutely could not imagine trusting anyone else with our jewelry needs. We’ve had incredible customer service experiences every single time we’ve went to the store, which is at least twice a year. We’ve purchased our engagement ring, wedding bands, jewelry for our mothers, two pandora type bracelets, and more. Every experience has been happy and everyone we’ve dealt with has been amazing. Our most recent trip included us needing a replacement Wedding band for my husband and replacement warranty paperwork which I lost earlier this year. Sherry was incredibly helpful with both issues and we were in and out quickly. I truly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to purchase jewelry, they’ve earned my trust throughout the years and always treated us with nothing but respect.
