Huntington Bank Reynolds Rd, Mentor

Showed a family member my bank information without my permisson( single person account not shared ) and did not send a bill Pay at the right time even tho it was set up 3 days before the holiday. Sent it 6 days too late.

ATM always down. Always a line inside because the tellers have 45 minute conversations with customers about non sense.

I have to deposit cash tonight to pay my credit card bill tomorrow. I brave a BLIZZARD and treacherous road conditions to get to the ATM to deposit my cash, and when I get there and the ATM tells me it’s not accepting cash deposits. This has happened near 50% of the time I go to this bank to make cash deposits. I will not support a bank who cannot offer me basic services, and therefore I will be withdrawing my money and switching banks. Ridiculous.

Awful bank, go elsewhere. Hidden fees, random overdraft charges and when you ask them proof of where and when you overdrew they refuse to explain it. This happened 3 times to us and our account was NEVER close to going negative. First Merit is nothing more then a petty thief.

Saturday rude and lazy women work on a front table She turns us to go back at 11:30 because she didn't have enough time to open checking account for us We did it in 15 min in giant eagle branch

I was there and they are so slow Told me 5 weeks to get money exchange don’t recommend this bank at all

It doesn't matter if there's any customers in the lobby or not. Service is slow and nobody there is personable. I absolutely hate going there. Only do it because I have to

I wait 20 min every time I come here.

Everyone always so nice & helpful

The employees are helpful and sincere. Never encountered a that experience and I've been banking with them for a long time.
