Steve and his team make easy what is normally a very convoluted process, and answered not only all of our questions but also all of our text messages and emails. He takes care of his customers. Today, we have a new mortgage with a great low rate, but if rates drop even lower, we'll go with Steve again, because we know we'll get the lowest rate and the best service.
