Fastest close ever. We have renovated 37 homes, and multiple transactions in addition to those, in the past few years and have never closed a deal this fast. Steve was able to produce loan documents for signature 8 days after opening escrow. I have known him for a long time, and know that this speed did not come from lack of attention. He maintained his "anal-retentive" eye and protected his borrower. :)
