Horizon Credit Union W Overland Rd, Meridian

My experience with this bank over the past 12 years has been nothing but a joke to be frank when it was still icon it might have been a little behind the times but they were better then they are now like who charges 50 cents when you use an ATM and the refusal to work with people that have been there clients for their whole life and won't do anything to help me out building my credit or getting a loan to do needed repairs on my house this bank is a joke 10 out of 10 would never recommend

Worst bank ever to deal with! The pull your credit and monitor it months after you open an account. They gave a $500 line of credit on a card and then cancel it without notifying you about changes to your account. In the mean time they let overdraft fees pile up while other bills come in off bill pay. This is the most crooked and shady bank I have ever felt with! I would not recommend them for any services.

This bank is horrible. Can't make any payments over the phone. They say you can come in. In person to pay. So I leave work come to make a payment. And then its cash only. Or you can use there Atm that doesn't let you pull out 3 gs. This place is a joke.

Do not bank here!!! They will steal your money and provide horrible customer service!!!!! STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS MONOPOLY BANK!!!!! They said I missed two payments on my loan and had receipts to prove that I didnt, when confronted all they could do is email support instead of giving me my hard earned money back!!! Shame on you horizon!!!!

Horrible credit union for business accounts. Can't even withdraw 3000.00 because they dont have that much on hand. Horrible loan rates. Been a member in good standings and they had the worst rates for a new auto loan by double the interest. Taking my business else where.

New staff are super friendly and willing to help. Might not have all the answers but know where to get them. If you want a bank that values local communities and knows your name this is the place.

Icon is the most spectacular company there ever was. Plain and simple. The employees are the ones who make my experience at Icon so amazing. They are so nice and they are always willing to go above and beyond for any members, and they always have smile on their face doing it. The branch on Overland is personally my favorite. Karen, Horvin, Sheridan, Katie, Jeff, Heidi, Beth, Bryan, Kristina, and now Igor make for one of the best working units I've ever seen in a business. They always have each others back and I just want to emphasize the hard work they put in day in and day out. I would recommend Icon to any one looking for a credit union around the valley.

Really nice people and willing to do pretty much any banking needs that we have. Usually there are LEAST two tellers always working and 3 a lot of times as well. We have been very happy since we moved from Clarity CU. REALLY like that they have a mobile app and can do check deposits that way too!

HORRIBLE! Worst credit union ever! Personal bankers gave wrong information to me not once but 3 separate times over a month. Which caused a LARGE foul up in my business account. Spoke with general manager who after being presented with proof of wrong information, finally admitted the wrong doing, but refused to correct it. Will never do business with again!
