We've had our insurance with Mike for a little over a year now. We switched to Horace Mann because their rates were much better than what we were paying with our previous carrier. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we have gotten. Everyone over there has been a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive to any requests we have had for them. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful!! Not only did I get help with what I needed, but he offered to help me with student loan forgiveness for teachers, helped me look over some mortgage paperwork I didn't understand, and generally was just kind and open with me. I love the support that Horace Mann has for teachers! Their insurance rates were easily cheaper than any other company I looked into, and the general human-ness of their employees makes it well worthwhile.
