Farmers State Bank representative, Stacey Maas, has been extremely helpful and exemplifies the most positive customer service in every interaction I have had with her. Stacey responds to emails quickly, she assists with requests efficiently and completely, she informs adequately, and is always positive and personable. I love working with her and go directly to her with all my auto loan needs.

Had a bad experience turn good. There was an error made that we were not notified of. Later, when the error was remedied, we again were not notified. Called bank, obviously upset. Scott M and Hillary both took the time to not only listen to our complaint, but they apologized and made it right with us immediately. Great customer service experience today.. Highly recommend!!!

Our overall experience with Farmers State Bank is amazing. We got our auto loan through them and then also our home loan. Every staff person that we worked with was amazing and super helpful. We just recently had a total loss situation happen due to someone else hitting our vehicle. Stacey Maas and her team were so great at communicating with us about how the processes was going on their side and keeping us up to date. Would so recommend!

FSB has been wonderful to work with. Anytime I have a question I can depend on Karla in the Cedar Falls branch to find the answer for me. She is very receptive via email and the telephone. Bill and Lexie have also been amazing to work with for both personal and business concerns. The tellers are also very friendly and helpful and know me by name. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They treat you as family!!!!!

Beware! Was mislead into opening an account and now they have been charging dormant account fees, using the $100 I had put into the account. They only contacted me now as they have over drafted my account. They originally promised me they would provide the software and equipment for me to deposit checks at my business without having to go to the bank! What a great deal! Sign me up! Well when I went to actually do it, they realized their software doesn't work with Macs. Okay, no hard feelings. They wasted a bunch of my time, but I believed it was an honest mistake. I asked if I should close the account. Of course they said no, it doesn't hurt anything to just leave it. Well, it doesn't hurt anything for them. So when this is all said and done they wasted hours of my time to begin with, messed up, took $100 of mine with no service rendered (never used the account), and now they are requiring me to come in and pay 22 cents if I'd like to close my account. Awful business practices and extremely immoral behavior.
