Hoosier Heartland State Bank US, Crawfordsville

HHSB is a great bank and super easy to work with. You won’t have to deal with outsourced customer service or waiting on hold like you would with most of the big guys. I’ve been with them for over 10 years and they’ve kept my accounts running perfectly through several moves and life changes. I highly recommend!

I have been banking with HHSB for 3 three years and I am just as happy now as the day I opened my account. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Liz, Nate and Mallory (along with so many others) ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure I'm helped and any questins or concerns are answered promptly. I really couldn't be happier and look forward to my children opening their own accounts with HHSB in the future, knowing I will be helping to lead them in a positive direction for all of their banking needs as young adults.

I had fraudulent activity on my account due to my paypal being hacked for $1000. It was a complete nightmare on PayPal’s end - but thanks to Liz at HHSB it all got taken care of. They are always eager to help with whatever I need that day, with a smile on their face! When I think of a bank that shares my small town morals and values, HHSB exceeds my expectations!

I must recommend this bank. They offer fraud protection, which is wonderful. The tellers and staff are very friendly, kazasa(sp) is a free money plan where you can get a bit added to your accounts if you qualify by following the requirements.
