Unbelievable that they closed south branch and don't even have an atm there..your choices are to go way out of your way when on most popular side of town to get to an atm at county market or drive to downtown atm..and then guess what??!! Downtown atm is set up so u have to go inside only!!!!! No drive up, which is total point of an atm!!! When I asked how to complain about it..i am given an address to write to..as if ANYONE will take the time to write and use snail mail for a complaint..great job chase!!Unbelievable !!I've heard SO many ppl say they are closing accts bc of no atms on our south side of town that are easy to get to/convenient..um..hello..wal mart side of smaller town..duh!!sure hope chase gets it head out of its butt soon or that ppl follow thru so they will!!!

Tellers don't listen, and I'm now missing $1000! Imagine my surprise when I'm told the teller remembers the transaction, but can't recall how much cash she handed out... hmmm.. right!

Alisha bank mgr. at the time, very helpful to me Ula Dayle, I drove from Robinson, Illinois..to Crawfordsville, Ind., to open Acct. an receive a premium..from Chase for doing so. I visited in about Dec., 2015. I enjoyed her helpfulness.She went out of her way so to speak to help me, even tho she didn't seem to feel, that she did. Very nice personally! Chase are you paying attention...you need ones like Alisha...
