Just bought the Jeep of my dreams and couldn’t be happier! Jesus was wonderful and made the process extremely easy. He was able to answer all my questions, was very up front about everything, and allowed me to compare multiple models to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. It's been about a week since I bought my new 2022 Honda CR-V at Honda of Newnan. So far, everything has gone very well, and I'm pleased with the dealership's customer service, professionalism, and plain old fashion friendliness. I still have some pending actions with the dealership, so I don't consider this a final review, as it's been too soon to resolve all the outstanding issues. Thus far, I can say that I'm very optimistic and have every reason to believe that the outcome will be very good. In the initial phase of purchasing the new vehicle and trading in my old car, everything has exceeded expectations. The sales staff were very friendly and eager to please, and the financial staff explained the details very well. All questions were answered, and I was made to feel confident in the proceedings. I feel like I paid a fair price on the new car and got a fair, market-relevant valuation on my trade-in. The dealership facility itself is clean, attractive, and spacious. I had a confident feeling dealing with Honda of Newnan. To reiterate, the level of customer service, professionalism, and friendliness made me feel that they really wanted my business. With some pending actions with the dealer to occur, I hope my outstanding experience with Honda of Newnan to continue. Based on my experience with them so far, I would highly recommend.

My wife and I just purchased our second vehicle from Honda of newnan, our transaction was simple and easy. I went car shopping yesterday and initially intended to just walk around the lot to see what they had. I was greeted by Iran Malagon, who was the most helpful and considerate sales person I've worked with! (Not exaggerating here...) He helped me find the perfect car for the right price! I'm so happy 😊!! My car was clean and the window tint was done wonderfully! I also worked with Joy Barter in financing and she was most helpful as well! (Love the easy to see paperwork thats done on her digital table!! Really high tech). My last several cars have been Hondas, however I purchased from two different local Honda Dealerships. I won't be going back to them! I would highly recommend Hendricks Honda of Newnan!

I give my experience a five star review because the entire process was seamless. Ceasar was our car salesman and he really took his time explaining the differences between the cars I was in the market for. He knew and understood my budget and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I traded in my car for the 2021 Honda Insight and even with having my kids on this journey with me yesterday, he didn't make me feel like they were a bother and helped to keep them entertained. He knew I feel in love with the Honda Insight and I am glad to have walked out with the car that I wanted. **To add, my baby left her iPad in the backseat of the car that I traded in and the next day Ceasar was quick with helping me get it back by going to get it for me. I just appreciate great service and I am glad to now do business with a company that truly cares for it's customers! All my cars in the future will be bought with Honda!!**. (We bought the car closer to night time, so this is the only picture that we have)

I've always heard about people walking in a dealership and then few hours later drive away in their brand new car. And I always thought "man is it that easy?" And yes...it is that easy. Honda of Newnan made my first auto financing experience like a breeze through the park. I came in with no plans of purchasing anything other than hearing about a quote I wanted for a repair job. However it became pretty evident to me that the repair I needed done on my 2015 Civic would be too extensive and costly to justify. Mind you I had only owned the car for less than 2 months. The idea of spending the kind of money that could be a down payment for a new car left me thinking "heck no. I could get a whole nother car." I asked for a simple trade-in estimate. Just to see. Before you know it, I'm giving info and having my credit checked. They're asking about the kind of car I'm looking for. I went with it because in my head I was thinking "I can't keep that car." I told them what I wanted. They gave me something I had no expectations on. Went for a test drive. Already loving it. Sad I was giving up a car I was proud of but excited about owning one I'd been fantasizing. With that said, all would not have been possible if not for the superb service I was shown. Huge shout-out to my salesman, Trevor. He made the pre-buying process so smooth and comfortable. No pressure and exhibited great patience when I was deciding whether to get the car. Also would like to thank Mr. Lee. He was very nice and helpful to a first-time buyer. The overall atmosphere I felt was professional but very welcoming at the same time. The 4th was with me that day because I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Civic EX. Thank you, Honda of Newnan. Next time someone needs a new car, I'll let them know where they can go for a smooth, painless car buying process.

Awesome experience from the moment I called. I spoke to Jessica in parts who was Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Then was able to make a service appointment with another helpful and polite person that gave me several options that worked with my schedule. Even when I arrived the staff was ultra accommodating and helpful. Felt like I was family! Oh and the Honda dealership was pristinely kept. From the service bays to waiting room and bathrooms were all how you want your house kept after a good cleaning. Rob helped me with my car and did a great job calmly listen to all my needs and addressing each one when he called back with what they found. He even took the time to check two or three times regarding a noise I heard. At the end of the day he told me I didn’t need front struts (a previous shop said they were broken and needed replaced). He said everything checked out, they tighten a few lose bolts for me but acknowledged the struts were not damaged and were working properly. AMAZING the honesty that you expect and appreciate from service, but don’t always get these days. Cants say thank you enough for treating me so well and saving me money. Also done was rotated tires, fixed valve cover that was leaking, and breaks. Awesome job to everyone at Honda Newman!! You got my business for good!

Just bought a 2022 Honda Ridgeline and our salesman Dylan Newman was super helpful and very knowledgeable about his products. It was very refreshing to work with someone who was laid back, honest, helpful and willing to work with me and my family. I also would like to give a shout to the financing manager who really worked a deal with us to make sure we got what we wanted at the price we wanted. I went to several other dealers in Newnan and they wouldn't even give me the time of day. Cant recommend them enough.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We don’t live close by, so we called ahead to see if the listed vehicle online was still available- front desk was very courteous and double checked personally about the vehicle. On arrival, we were helped by Justin, who was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even when it got late and we needed additional paperwork to complete our purchase, Justin waited after hours with me while my husband retrieved the needed materials. Highly recommend for buying a car, and special shout out for Justin for being so kind! Not something you find often!

On the hunt for a quality vehicle at reasonable price and Hondas have always fit the bill. Decided on Newnan Honda and was glad I did!! We were lucky enough to have Oscar as a salesperson and what a wonderful experience. We never felt pressured or anxious as new car buying could be, but man he was the greatest! What a Great experience everyone there was so friendly and helpful even the manager Matt came out and talked to me about my purchase! the day after the services (oil change, filter change, etc.), my car started making huge noise on highway. I had to cable tie the cover at bottom of the car because of missing bolt, and visited Honda again for the repair. They fixed it quick, but it was unnecessary visit. Updates: They reached me out regarding the experience I had with them, and I was able to communicate with the customer representative. They took customer's review seriously, followed up and tried to do better!

First time visiting this dealership and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Trevor Martin was our sales person that we met as soon as we walked in and he is such a wonderful young man, super friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us get a great deal on our trade in, walked us through the paperwork, got our new car detailed and ready for us while we were finishing up with Stefan in finance and even went out of his way and helped us move car seats, stroller and everything else from the old car. Customer service was excellent and I give the girl that assisted me a 5 star. The 3 star is for the time it took to get my oil changed. My problem was I made an appointment to get my oil changed and I had to wait two hours just for a oil change. What good is it to make an appointment? Won’t do it again.

I had a very pleasant experience with Honda of Newnan, Andrew was our salesman. I live 2.5 hours away. He was great throughout the whole ordeal!!! I was able to pick out my vehicle online, negotiate pricing over the phone, pay a deposit, and have my brand new 2022 Honda CRV-EX-L waiting on me when I made it to the dealership. This was my first time visiting the Honda of Newnan for service to my CR-V. I was plesently please and Mark Alvarado he was amazing. I love his cheerful personality he just made everything great. I had a wonderful car buying experience with Riley Motter at Honda of Newnan. He was friendly and made it very simple and low pressure. I had called to get a quote in writing which he provided over the text. I put a down payment on the car and he kept me updated with texts when the car would arrive. Once it arrived and I got there he was was friendly and the dealership is very clean. There were no hidden fees. It was exactly the price he had quoted me. I have been to some other dealers and each time we agreed on a price when it was time to sign they would add some thing else on and they did not do that at Honda of Newnan which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend it as a very easy car buying experience.

Great experience... we ordered a car and when we picked it up they were ready. The car was clean, full of gas, salesman Cesar Diaz had everything ready as did the Finance manager Rob Todd, we even met John Hicks General Manager before we left. Only there about an hour and drove off wit a smile.. I'll use them again.

I was about ready to give up on this place completely. Got tired of waiting two plus hours for an oil change (with an appointment). Carlos O. greeted me the moment I pulled in and a was very friendly and not pushy with other services. He mentioned I was up for a brake flush and I told him no because of how long they usually take. He assured me they could get it all done, and they did! I appreciate his demeanor and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ll try and work with him from here on out only.

Very slow service. I had a 7:10 a.m. appointment for 2 new brake pads. It took 4 hours. It was recommended to me by the scheduler to have a brake inspection as a part of the service. It took 2 hours just to give me the results of the brake inspection, which usually only takes about 30 minutes; after waiting 2 hours I was informed I needed new rear brake pads. ( I already knew this when I made the appointment). The sales person never gave me updates on the progress of my service. I had to ask him after the first hour if they had performed the inspection, to which he said “no”. After waiting in the waiting area for 4 hours, I took a walk outside and noticed that my car was parked in the lot across from the service department! I wasn’t sure if they hadn’t started on my brakes or if they were done working. So I went inside to ask my service rep if they were done with my car, to which he replied ‘yes’. I asked, well when were you gonna let me know? And he said “oh, I was about to come and get you.” There’s no telling how long my car sat there. Usually when I get my car serviced and I’m waiting in the waiting area, as soon as my car is almost ready, the service rep comes to me to get my payment and they pull my car around and and I leave. I saw no benefit in having an appointment. It took just as long, if not longer, than if I had just shown up without an appointment. Then My sales rep tried to get me to buy new front tires. I wasn’t familiar with the brand of tires he was pushing and so I told him I usually get my tires from Costco. He then tells me “Costco doesn’t sell real Michelin tires, they have the name on them but they’re not real Michelin!” I told him I’ve had very good experiences with Costco’s tire program. He didn’t respond after that. It made me feel as though he wanted to make me feel like I wasn’t making a smart choice by not purchasing his tires.

Vacation could have been ruined. But nope!! Mr Alvarado was quick to assist me with low tire pressure and two torn tires from hitting debris on roadway. He went above and beyond with a customer he may never see again. louisiana Cajuns on a quest for peaches!!! He kept us updated on inspection, replacement of two tires and repair of a third and even got my oil change done while I was there!! Truly made a negative day become a positive experience. I have owned over 30 cars from Audi A8 to BMW 750, Mercedes and non of the leaderships have given me the attention and service Iran Malagon has given myself and my daughter. I was in to purchase a new Pilot for my daughter and her new family. She is a young new wife and mother. I was expecting to have to protect her from being taken advantage of. Don't purchase a car from here I put a down payment on a car here and locked down an interest rate and payment schedule back in late April. They told me the car would be here on 72 hrs. It took almost 10 days and when it finally came they attempted to change the interest rate to almost DOUBLE. A dealership full of scammers. Avoid at all cost

The service area is clean and the staff friendly but the wait time is ridiculous. On this particular visit I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours for an oil change. The oil changes were purchased as part of a package when we bought the car if not for that I would definitely go somewhere else.

Iran Malagon went above and beyond to find the Civic Sport I wanted. When I went to pick it up, Iran spent about an hour showing me all the features of the car and helping me set up all the technology to interface with my iPhone. He was a very outgoing and understanding personality and showed me the whole way through. He was very professional and patient and answered all my questions. So my advice is to anyone who needs a car - don't waste your time talking to other dealers. These guys want to sell cars and they know how to do it. Give them a shot and referrals, especially to Iran Malagon. 10/10, definitely recommended

Definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a car to go to Honda of newnan first. I had the pleasure of using Riley Motter, who was apart of online sales, when I got there I asked for him and he was so helpful. He sold me a 2019 civic hatchback EX that had just been traded in the day prior. I purchased it that night, Stefan Wasiluk was knowledgeable and was phenomenal, they both stayed over an hour past close to finalize the purchase. They went above and beyond for us, also, they did new tires, rotors, jack, emission, full inspection and more. I picked it up a few days later, and I've been enjoying it since. The entire store was just like a giant family, they were kind, friendly and worked together as team. I will definitely be going back when the time comes.

I walked in to this dealership wanting to trade in a vehicle and purchase another. I honestly was not expecting the service I received from the second I walked in the door. I feel it’s also important to mention I had previously been shopping at another dealership for 20 years, so when I say I was hesitant about another dealership I was incredibly hesitant. I had the pleasure of working with Iran. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was honestly impressed that when he approached us he stood a safe distance away but asked our preference on if we preferred that he wore a mask. Out of all the dealerships we went too, this was a first. He did put on a mask out of respect but we told him the option was his. My family and I wore our mask. We test drove the 2020 Honda Civic LX. It was a beautiful electric blue which instantly caught my eye online. Iran went into great detail about the cool features. I really like the automatic stopping feature. The car was very spacious. I however did not like the drive of the car. My brother said it's more of a sports car so it grips the road. He and my dad thought the ride was pretty cool. I decided to explore other options but I did send my brother Iran's information since they had some trucks my brother was interested in. Iran gave excellent service and if I'm in the market for another car I will definitely reach out to him.

This was the best car buying experience! This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased in my life. Can't say enough good things about this dealership and everyone working there! I went in to service my Accord, and walked away with the 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was on the lot! Totally unexpected! However, what made the experience so smooth and pleasant was the team of people that I was working with. John was so sweet and helpful for me during my test drive of the Wrangler. He did not pressure me AT ALL and made me feel so comfortable during negotiation. I then worked with Peter, who made also made me feel comfortable during my encounter. Having called the night before to ask about a car, Dylan Newman answered all my questions with such honesty and caring about what we wanted in our car. We arrived the next day at the dealership and we were met with a friendly receptionist and a beautiful clean showroom. This dealership seems to be a “team” of employees with the customers needs as their first priority! Dylan was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very patient and we were not pressured one bit. With Dylan‘s guidance we settled on a car and payments we could afford and we especially appreciated his time to get everything just right for us. Excellent dealership experience. I purchased a vehicle from this location. The sales team was impressive especially with the issues with supply chain. They did not jack up prices and just happened to have the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock. I have also used them to service the car as well as install an aftermarket roof rack system. Every visit was just as good as the last one. They have definitely earned my future business.

I had a great experience at Honda of Newnan. As soon as we walked in it was a very welcoming environment, and all of the staff was very nice. Riley Motter was our sales consultant, and he was super helpful. My mom and I came in just to look around and see what they had, and he walked us around the lot and showed us all of our options. He was very knowledgeable, very kind, and very patient. It rained halfway through our visit and he even went above and beyond to get both me and my mom umbrellas! Unfortunately we did not walk away with a car that day, but I will definitely recommend Honda of Newnan to anyone looking for a car! Also, if you’re ever there, ask for Riley!

I am so excited to say that I am the new owner of a boost blue civic hatchback! I want to thank Honda of Newnan and Riley, my sales representative, for an awesome experience. The time it took for the car to arrive to the dealership was worth the wait because Riley kept me updated on changes in the arrival. Then, once it came in, the process to get through the paper work was fairly quick and easy. My car is everything I expected. Riley even went the extra mile to make sure that I knew how to hook up my phone to the car, provided me with information about some add-ons and their prices, and I even think I saw him wiping down the car a little after the tint was added to my windows to ensure that I was satisfied with the look of the car. Bought a used Odyssey here and were very happy with our purchase. An area that needs improvement is customer service in the sense of not having the customer go out of his way if something needs added to the vehicle. Our middle seat was missing and we were told to pick it up whenever the person returned it. The seat was eventually brought TO us at my insistence. Overall, I do trust buying a used car at this dealer!

I recently had to have my car towed here for key repair. The situation was really confusing (even for Honda) and we could not get into my car. Not only did this service department get me a new key, they also went above and beyond to figure out what went wrong. They investigated the best and safest options and made me very comfortable. They even finished the work hours earlier than quoted. They were trustworthy, efficient, and really kind. The two people I dealt with the most were Hailey and Joshua. Everyone I talked to on the phone was polite and understanding.

A very good service experience as usual. Took my Civic in on a Saturday for routine maintenance. Saturday is the busiest day of the week for the service department but I was taken care of in a very timely fashion. Alan Davis was very helpful in setting an appointment for me and Mike Kopecki was very accommodating in taking care of my vehicle service.

Great car buying experience up until the payment phase. I’ll always be disgruntled about being forced to include a $1500 LoJack (subscription for 3 years) into my vehicle. After spending a hour with my salesman trying to rid this extra cost, I eventually agreed to just eat the cost. There’s also a mandatory $700 window tinting charge (the cars windows were not tinted initially). Hendricks knows that the market is dry and is taking advantage of the buyers by forcing these extra options upon them.

The only reason I am giving this lower rate is that i had mentioned having my car washed and my service rep said he could take care of that, but it didn't get done and they had the car all day. Other than that he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to have my serviced here.

Calvin goes above and beyond for his customers and helps as much as possible (he knows his stuff). He was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Our 2020 Civic’s battery suddenly died on a Friday afternoon, Carlos at Honda of NEWNAN, my service coordinator did a great job helping me get out car to the dealership. Once he received the car Saturday morning, I was able to pick up our car before noon. On top of great service, Carlos had our car washed! Recently purchased a 2022 Civic Hatchback for my son. Honda didn't have any Civics in stock when I first called but our salesman, Riley Motter, researched their incoming inventory and let me know when they should be getting the Civics on their lot. I’m from Birmingham, AL. I spent two horrible weeks trying to find a lease for a Civic to replace my current Civic lease. Every dealership in Birmingham wanted to charge between $1,800-$3,600 in Market Adjustment Fees and a $1,200 Acquisition Fee. These new charges were standard and they would not negotiate on them at all. On top of that, they had their dealer add-ons. No negotiation there either. Add in taxes and they literally priced me out of getting a car. I had money to put down and $5,000 equity in my current lease. I still could not get an affordable price on a new Civic or HR-V. One dealership’s best offer with the equity from my car and money down was $300 a month lease for a bare bones HR-V. I felt like I wasn’t even being taken seriously. For the prices they wanted, they should have treated me like I was buying a luxury vehicle. Luckily for me, I had a business trip to Newnan. I looked up the nearest Honda dealership and headed over. Oscar M. met at the door as soon as I walked up. I told him my situation back home and asked if they had any crazy markups. I was happy to hear that they do dealer add ons and that is the ONLY thing they mark up. The dealer ads on were useful (not random price hikes) and the price was very reasonable! Unfortunately, they did not have any Civics available. I decided to go ahead and purchase my current lease. I was unable to do so in Birmingham because, again, the dealers wanted to add about $1,800 in fees just for me to make the purchase through them instead of mailing a check to Honda. I needed to finance, so the dealer added fees made it unreasonable to even finance in Birmingham. Here at Newnan, the only thing added to my lease payoff were my taxes! Joy B. assisted me with signing all the paperwork and even NEGOTIATED my payoff to include a new warranty and 10 services that stayed in my price range! I was stunned! She helped me stay in my budget and take care of my investment instead of nickel-and-diming me out of a car! I’m so thankful for Oscar and Joy! They really turned my horrible car buying experience into a great experience! I would be willing to drive back to Newnan from Birmingham (2 1/2 hour drive) to do business with them again! They really stand out and know how to care for people! Times are really hard for everyone right now, and their priority is their customers and not their wallets!

5 stars for Honda of Newnan and I would give 6 if there were that many to give. My experience started with Taylor Collins who, by email, who was already on the hunt for the car I wanted. If you did not know there is NO INVENTORY out there everyone! Arriving to the dealership I was greeted by Justin Motter who was determined to find THE CAR for me, despite the challenges of no inventory with cars already sold before they arrive. To explain. I was rear ended just days prior, my car was totaled and I had a small window of time to purchase another car if I wanted transportation. Justin was no bars hold and found THE PERFECT CAR for me. I love love love it. All the while he was friendly, courteous, and kept me entertained with his interesting stories. I felt like I was at home with family which put a rainbow above an otherwise very dark day for me. Then, JOY, the finance genius. Also charming and lovely. She was speedy Gonzalez with her financing, options, and close. I could go on but I’m sure your bored by now lol. To top it off, my friend was so impressed she dashed out to buy her own car just like mine. She was treated just as well by Taylor, Justin and Joy. Way to GO HONDA OF NEWNAN. You guys do a good job but your strategy with appointments is not right and completely disrespectful of your customer's time. My time is as valuable as your's and your dealership owner's. Over scheduling intentionally like you continue to do resulted in a 2 hour wait to have my oil changed yesterday. Now I have to consider going to another Honda dealer or canceling my maintenance contract and taking it outside Honda and all of that is avoidable. 2 hour waits for an oil change is not ok and is going to cost you business in the long run. I talked to several customers in your waiting area and everyone in that room was talking about the same thing - the wait times are ridiculous. Get your owner in there and ask your customers what they think. Fix it or I will be first of many to go.

I bought my car from Honda of Newnan with a service package. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have gone there for maintenance and service there has ALWAYS been an issue. From my guard plate not being replaced properly and coming off while driving on I-285 (which was TERRIFYING) to issues with my tires that had me returning multiple (3+) times in a week to have someone take a look at it to NOW being double charged for a service that I've already paid for AND among other things at this last service appointment. Once I've used up the last of my service package with this place, I will be looking for alternatives to have my car serviced at because it is more of a headache and hassle to do otherwise. I'm done Honda of Newnan! And so is the rest of my family with their cars as well!

Riley provided the best customer service, by far, of anyone I have ever bought a car from. He didn’t pressure me, wasn’t negative, didn’t try to play off my concerns but found out the answer of questions that he didn’t know the answer. He stayed with me, gave me updates on the process and even offered to drive my other car to my destination since I wasn’t trading my car in. He and Rob sold me a car in record time. I drove 2 hours with my father in law to take a look at one of their used vehicles and it was absolutely worth it. The car was everything we expected from their online photos and descriptions. Our salesperson Riley was just as I imagined him to be - kind, helpful, and a true gentleman. The facility was fresh, clean and spacious and the Sales Manager Jules had the most amiable smile -- you can't say no to him. I had the BEST car buying experience at Honda of Newnan this weekend. We were greeted with a happy voice behind her mask. Brandon Massey introduced himself as if we had been long time friends. Brandon listened to my car section and gathered them up front for me to look over. Brandon was patient and never rushed me. Showed me all the differences between the two styles before I made my selection. Brandon was so kind to set up all the fancy features on my new car and for this older girl, I am very appreciative!! Purchased a vehicle from Hendrix of Newnan in March wasn’t happy with it took it back on yesterday, July 6th 2022, got another one which I am pretty happy with at the moment. Miss a few things from my old car but the space in my new passport is worth the trade.

Had a recent visit to sell my car using KBB instant cash offer. They were the ones who reached out to me and wanted to buy the car. But once I got there, they gave a very very low offer (almost half the KBB value) and didn't honor the instant cash offer which they are part of.

I did my first “big girl” purchase and got a 2020 Honda Civic Sport! Iran was a huge help, very friendly, and professional. He did a wonderful job explaining all the features of the car. I definitely had a positive experience purchasing my first new car! My second day of owning my car, my friend got chewing gum on the carpet. I called the dealership to see if they could help me out. Working with Evan and Rob was a fantastic experience. We were treated with respect throughout the sales process. Time for a new car, I had already been to several car dealerships two of them specifically Honda dealerships. However, the customer service and support at Newnan by far exceeded my expectations. They showed me all my options and my sales rep, Devon Hardegree was fantastic! She knew all the specs and was empathetic to finding me the right car. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Honda CR-V EX-L. This place really is awesome! I came to have my oil changed on a Saturday. I was met by Mike and he let me know that with a non Honda car, they have to order a part to do the oil change so I might not be able to do it. He called service and luckily they had what they needed and were actually able to do it that day! Mind you, I wasn’t thinking and didn’t call ahead for this appointment. I just showed up so it was awesome they were able to still see me! I was so happy! Everyone I met there was so nice and welcoming as well! Great experience!

Had a GREAT experience with this dealership. My compressor went out on my 2018 Honda Civic and a different Honda dealership insisted that it wouldn’t be covered under my extended warranty and I needed to pay $1500. I came to Honda of Newnan and Arty was able to locate my warranty and ensured me that he would do his best to take care of it, which he did! Pleasant and kind workers who care about their customers!
