As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about finding a lender. Hannah and her team at HomeTown made me feel better right away in the first phone call. I needed “hand holding” through the whole thing and Hannah never made me feel bad about that and answered all my questions promptly and with encouraging words. They kept me well informed and we’re easy to communicate with. My home insurance quote came back high and Hannah made sure I was not over paying and still getting correct coverage. Can’t go wrong with HTL.

Never did I think I'd get qualified after being denied a couple of times. I was told I needed to be at my current job for 2 years with commission based salary I am on.
