Shay was very helpful and very polite. She took her time with helping me an was very well organized. I would recommend her out of all the workers when applying for a loan. I recommend her the manager position. The manager Susan is very negative when helping others an not nice at all she shouldn't have the manager position an need to loose her job if she can't change her attitude.

I've used Hometown Finance for several years now and never had a problem with them. Susan and Shay have always been pretty great to deal with. If I ever have issues I let them know before my due date and I never have issues working something out. I would recommend anybody who is needing some extra cash for the holiday or got a little behind on bills to definitely give them a call. I've seen them give several people starter loans when others wouldn't.

Hometown finance is the Best place to get a loan at. Ive been with the company for 3 yrs never had a problem. But the best thing about that office if you are on medical leave from your job, Miss Susan will work with you. This is my second time being on short term disability from my Job Amazon and she has work with me. Every one who works in the office is professionally nice, patient. Understandable and friendly. Home town is a great place to get you a loan. They are nice people. The people are nice. Sha and Rosa have a smile on their at all time when when things are not good. I am very pleased with the workers at this office. My daughter called and applied with this office but did not qualify so I applied and was approved. I went in last Tuesday and a young very nice respectful lady by the name of Rosa help me that had an very good positive attitude I will be visiting this office again and also I have never been to a friendly office I give the ladies 10 stars.

Unfortunately I have not had the same experience as the other reviews. I found the manager Susan to be extremely rude to her other employees even when other customers were in there. One of the employees , her name was Tabitha, was extremely helpful and extremely polite when the manager was so rude to her ! The rudeness has happened numerous times !!! There was another girl in there working , not sure of her name, but the manager was very very rude to her as well. I gave the lady the benefit of the doubt that she had had a bad day , but the other times I was in it was the same. If the lady Susan ever answers the phone she is always very rude. For whatever it's worth, this is my review.
