My experience while financing a mortgage with Homestead Funding Corp - and especially with Kristen Brooke - was absolutely phenomenal. I knew nothing about the process going in, and Kristen was extremely personable and helpful in guiding me through the process in a pleasant and informative way without making me feel like the idiot that I felt like going into it. She was very clear in walking me through all the steps, always left me knowing what I was waiting for for the next step, and responded to any questions I had in a timely, pleasant, and informative manner. She made the entire process completely painless, and I can't imagine having done it with anyone else. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
