I first approached Andrea regarding a home loan in 2019, at that time I decided I was not quite ready to make a move. Andrea never pressured me into going forward with something that I felt wasn't within my means. She checked in with me every six months to see how I was doing and again I never felt pressured to have to work with her. Once I was ready she supported me with all of my questions as a first time home buyer and ensured me along the way. I would recommend working with Andrea to anyone who is starting this process.

Where do I begin? My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and were recommended Andrea Kullman from Homestead Funding Corp. We could not have been more pleased with her patience, kindness, and knowledge. She worked with me after hours and always responded to calls, texts, and emails promtply. She explained everything to us, making it easy to understand. I cannot recommend her enough. It absolutely brought so much joy and took out so much stress working with her. It has been an absolute honor to have her be a part of our home-buying experience, and I will be sure to use her in the future.

Was recommended Doug seeder specifically, after contacting him I had to continuously reach out to him to find out what I needed, after a month or so of asking what I needed to move the process on I had supplied paystubs, signatures for employment verification, applications, etc. It has been 9 months since and I haven't received any more emails until today, I received an automated email asking if I'm still interested in buying a house and I should apply with them again. Non-existent customer service, never even got to learn what I was qualified for.

Andrea is extremely helpful in every way possible. I started the homebuying process with Quicken loans in August 2020, and was lead on for months about expired document, new credit check etc. Two days before closing, Quicken loans pull the loan. In a state of panic I was referred to Andrea at Homestead for the first 10 minutes talking to her she put me at my mind at ease. Working with her was a breeze. She is very easy to talk to, very compassionate and understanding. I was at the closing table in less than 30 days. You could tell she’s very knowledgeable and sincere. The process of acquiring the mortgage and closing on the home was wonderful. They were very responsive to questions and informative to a first-time home buyer. However, not even a month after closing they sold my mortgage to one of the least reputable banks in the country. I realize they are within their rights to do so, however I feel as though this is a breach of trust and a poor judge of business partners.

Andrea was GREAT in regards to setting the expectations, getting the loan done and getting my parents (who were the buyers) to the closing table. I would recommend her services. She cares about her clients and it is evident.

Our most mortgage application with Homestead Funding was the smoothest i have ever experienced. Mike Siciliano did everything possible to make it work for us with the least amount of effort and to get the best deal. You can tell right away that Mike is a pro at this and that was such a peace of mind in turbulent times.
