I was with Homestead for a year and a half. I literally had to ask Nancy for a pre-Qual letter more than three times. She returned my email Saying to “wait”. I told her I no longer needed her services after that and she ran a hard inquiry on my credit anyway! Also both Nancy and the real estate agent she works with did not know about a very precious $10,000 first time home owner grant. This literally could have made the biggest difference in my looking for a home. If you are looking for a lender make sure you get a lender who knows what they’re doing.
