I worked with James Randall on a bridge loan which I had never done before. This was my sixth home purchase but I was naive on bridge loans. First of all, I was impressed with their lending rates. This was all done by phone due to Covid. Every time I called James, he explained everything in full detail. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone. He was soooooo knowledgeable and professional.
