I have never had an issue with anyone at Central Bank 800 O’Fallon Road.They change personnel, as all banks do, but the new personnel are as professional, courteous and polite as their predecessor. The Weldon Spring branch has incredible customer service. I highly recommend this branch of Central Bank of St. Louis to anyone who is still looking to have that personal touch. Their credit card processing fees are extremely cost competitive compared to the competition. Their on line interface is user friendly. However, it goes back to the people and the service you receive. You would be hard pressed to find a more friendly and competent staff.
