We applied for pre-approval for a land loan on January 18th with Kyle Fees. I checked on the application on the 21st and was told "it's with our land people, should hear soon". Checked again on the 26th, no response. Called on the 31st and left a message, no response. Meanwhile, applied with a bank last Saturday afternoon and we're approved by 4:00 the same day. Don't waste your time, call a bank.

I received exceptional service from Homeside Financial company, named as loan officer "Geza Rakoczi". Procedure was simple and well organized a quick mortgage re-finance that other brokers i didn't not even consider attempting. Gaza guidance was brilliant, from starting to finishing, it was the most professional way the work I have ever experienced. Good amount of savings adjusted for this type of term reduced fixed loan. Almost daily contact with loan officer & staff, able to update, discussed every next step with me in detail offering sound advice. I believe i made a right choice before FED rates increase.

Geza was extremely knowledgeable about the refinancing process. He was always easily available, at any time of the day or night, even when he was at home with family. He kept me updated almost on a daily basis on how my refinance was going. He walked me through every step and process that needed to be done. I have never been more disappointed. I thought I had a true business relationship with my loan representative… who is supposed to be a Vice President at this location. They are prompt and responsive when starting a new loan. But don’t expect a call back or any resolution if you have a problem. I guess new loan customers are so plentiful that they don’t worry about providing customer service. It will catch up with them eventually. Do yourself a favor and find another lender.

I would highly recommend Geza Rakoczi for helping with any mortgage needs. He was very helpful and patient with me and could not have been any better to work with. I was a little on edge about this whole process because of a bad experience with another Financial Co. but Geza Rakoczi has a unique talent to help the customer feel comfortable and secure. He stayed on top of each process of the paperwork in a friendly yet professional way. He was the best professional that I have ever worked with and I THANK HIM SO MUCH. He really is the BEST.
