This firm is consequential predatory lending. Their practices of misleading, false information, and continued lack of trustworthiness all across the board. I have asked for their MLS No in the state of NJ for over 30 days. Instead, they keep passing the buck. No one answers your calls or follows up.

Be aware they do not report you payment history to all credit reporting agencies. Had a 20K loan thru them. And paid it off. Doesn't show on our credit history.😞😞

Been having nothing but trouble with this company. I been calling about the trouble I'm having and the lady named Indea(so she saud was her name)hung up on me. They say they have no idea why it takes two weeks to get my statements but as soon as they don't get tgere money there sending me letters do to the fax. How can you give an excuse of there not the post office & they have no idea why it takes so long. But then its a different story when they only give you a week to get the money back to them. Would not recommend this company.

Paid them off and still have not taken off the lean that I never agreed with and did not even know they did. Had them paid off over a year and still have not released it

Doesn't even deserve a star was suppose to send a check back to us over a week ago then come to find out they had to try and cash the check before they could overnight it called again and was told it would be overnighted and nothing called again and was told it'll be coming the end of the week to next week because it cost to much to overnight it

NEVER! EVER! will I use this company again or ever recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!!!! Their interest policy is OUT OF THIS WORLD! they continued to compound interest even when it was paid OFF before the due date so we would then continue to receive a statement in the mail from interest on the days it took to mail payment. They placed a lien on our property without us knowing and then in trying to pay the entire balance off we finally had to pay a charge to RELEASE THE LIEN FROM OUR PROPERTY! This company hides behind the fine print of the contracts which makes them "legal" but they are definitely not legit! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I am not happy with this company at all. They placed a lien on our home, without our knowledge and we have now paid off the loan and are waiting for the lien to be released. I cannot reach anyone, ever, just an automated attendant. I sent the payoff/lien release by fax, as requested. Still no response and no payoff/lien release. I would like to give negative stars. UPDATE: They finally did send the lien release and everything worked out.

Got windows through pinnacle home improvement and financed through homeplus finance, was never told by pinnacle or homeplus that they put a lien on my house untill i tried to refinance and couldn't this is absolute bs, and trying to get ahold of these people is a joke, they have an automated system and you can't get a hold of them, worst company and customer service ever, if i knew this ahead of time i would NEVER EVER HAVE USED THESE PEOPLE, BUYER BEWARE.

Horrible company and very Deceiving. I am in the process of trying to refinance my home and come to find out they have a lien on my house. I was never told about this. Now it is causing problems with the refinance. Never again.

Homeplus Finance keeps calling Ryan Archer on my phone. I don't know who he is and I am not your customer. Stop your assault on my phone with annoying messages.
