For our new build home purchase, our preferred lender took his sweet time while rates were going up and Jonathan stepped in, called me, and got us a great mortgage rate before rates skyrocketed. Jonathan and his team was responsive, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional from start to finish and I'm so glad he was here to help me with my loan -- otherwise I might not have been able to become a homeowner, or would have lost literally thousands of dollars while waiting for my builder's preferred lender. Convoy treated us so well and shared in our stress and excitement throughout the process... I'm so grateful for Jon & his team. Convoy with the SAVE of my 30s! Got rejected by Wells Fargo with a week left until COE and Dustin Rosenberg made it happen. All odds were against me and he got creative, ultimately leading to funding a property I had no business buying. Wasn't the cheapest loan, but all things considered, it's the absolute best anyone could have done given the scenario. Highly recommend Convoy Home Loans but specifically Dustin Rosenberg...mainly cause i know no one else there.

Jonathan Yoo was amazing. His fast follow up to my texts, emails, and calls was really great. U never was left wondering what was going on with my loan.
