Rachelle Coffey and her team are the best. My husband and I didn’t have perfect credit history even though our score were good, we had our concerns. My husband was affected by the pandemic last year and Coffey was able to still able to make our loan possible. They where great about keeping us updated and keep inconsistent contact with us through this entire process and for that we are forever great full. Buying a home for the first time is scary so you need someone on your side that will make the process more bearable. I can tell you from experience that this team was truly a gift sent from above. When is came down to the closing table they had the documents sent to our title company early so there where no delay’s. At the end of closing when all documents where signed and faxed back over to the lender I texted Rachelle and let her know that they faxed them over and in ONE HOUR we where funded! Crazy! I could say so much more. I loved working with this team and I would work with them again 10 times over! Thank you Coffey Team.
