Jake and his team were there to answer all of the questions and concerns we had as we navigated financing for our new home. He was available anytime we needed something and his team was very caring and throughful. Cannot recommend him enough!

Gary Robinson is great to work with. He will educate you about the things to do and not to do during the entire process. These are extremely important as some can actually cause you to not get approved for your mortgage.

It wasn't just about the loan numbers with this company .. Jake didn't laugh when I told him the house or the amount I needed to obtain my Dream house.. we worked hard and jake crunched time and numbers to help me obtain our dream house ..always happy to help me with any questions or concerns I had! Electronic process fairly easy..both jacob and my realtor Mike made this possible !! Very positive, and motivating company!

Always good to have competence in financing when running a transaction for my clients involving hundreds of thousands of dollars. Real estate can have many unforeseen human circumstances present themselves, so it's nice to be able to know the finance aspects are steady and something my clients don't have to worry about.

Jacob was so easy to talk to, extremely accessible, and recommended by my agent for a very good reason. As our processes neared the end I spent more time with his staff, which made me worried a bit as nobody could have been as easy to work with as Jacob...turns out his staff was just as accessible. 10/10, although this was my first time homebuying and I can't really compare to others, but all expectations were met and exceeded.

First time home buyer, really needing communication from her lender. Lots of questions the first time you purchase a home. Wasn't really getting the level of service I would have expected from a platinum level rep. I was contacted by another lender at the same company and I informed them that I was already working with someone and not real pleased with my service. That individual went back to the lender, and this is the response that I get. "I received your feedback regarding my communication being poor. Although I understand that you want immediate responses to your questions, please understand that this is an extremely busy market. My team and I are working 14-17 hour days, 6-7 days per week and are doing our very best. My top priority is to work with clients that have a mutual respect, trust, and become part of the HFG family. At this point, I think it best that I remove myself from your home buying experience and you search out a better experience that you are looking for." I work in an industry just as demanding and let me tell you everyone has the same 24 hours in their day. If you can't take care of your customers, that word of mouth spreads. This is poor business. I am glad that I took my business elsewhere.

Great team and an overall great experience! Purchased our first house with Abbey's assistance back in 2019 and because of her hard work we where able to close on time. Homeowner financial group stepped up when our previous mortgage company dropped the ball to such an extent that we almost stopped looking. Because of homeowner financial and because of Abbey we where able to purchase a home when we had started to give up hope. This review is definitely long overdue but I cannot recommend homeowner financial enough. Great company, great associates and definitely care about first time home buyers!
