We were looking to purchase our first home and we had this company as our loan financial. We were all set to purchase the house, all the paperwork was in, paid for the appraisal to be done. A week before we sign the settlement agreement, we get a call that our finances wasn’t approved so we had to terminate the agreement. What upset me was the fact the we paid almost $700 for the appraisal to be done on the house and was not able to purchase the home. Which the appraisal could have waited until they did more Of what they was supposed to do. Now we are out of $700. Very disappointed. Don’t think we will be financing with this company again.

Wow horrible experience! Hard to get ahold of when you call. It’s rare anyone ever answers. Zero communication. It was not an easy going experience for me not one bit. But I did get my home after all the stress and headaches! So I am thankful!

Garbage company, stay away. We unfortunately did business with this sham broker and had nothing but major issues from day one. We were fed lies in order to keep our loan with them and closed 10 days late due to their inadequate processors submitting our documents too late. We did not even receive notice that our originator quit one week before our loan closed due to her own dissatisfaction with Homebridge and received no communication from anyone in the company on who our contact would be moving forward. 10 days prior to closing , on our original closing date, Regional Manager John Lewandowski (who only was in his position due to Tim Roach leaving their company) stated due to their mistakes that they would pay the additional costs of our move which totaled over $800. When we closed, he refused to pay, stating their company did not make enough money on our loan to cover the costs. Poor management, inadequate processors, unethical practices, bad communication...If you have a choice, which you do.....go with someone else.

Tom was on the ball from beginning to end. Quick to respond and very accessible.
