My husband and I are not first time homebuyers - we have purchased homes and refinanced and dealt with large banks and mortgage companies. We went to Keystone Alliance to refinance our home and we dealt with Andres and Tatiana. They were very knowledgeable about the whole process and were very responsive when I emailed or called them. Often times I would get replies from them within minutes. All the paperwork was handled via emails and esignatures which was very convenient. The only time we had to physically go anywhere and sign anything was at closing. Even though we were just refinancing, which isn't as exciting as purchasing a home, Tatiana knew we were bringing our young kids to the closing so she decided to keep some balloons in the room. They were a big hit with the kids and they kept them entertained while we signed everything. It was a painless process and they treat people right. Great job guys.
