Home Bot has up to date property values that real estate professionals review and adjust to reflect current market conditions. Hot zones and cool zones are super helpful in knowing where the best value can be found.

Homebot does exactly what it says it does. Creates conversations with clients, creates value for homeowners and educates people on home finance.

Began using Homebot last year and I really liked the interface with my clients. It seemed like I was sending them something of value each month and that was good. Eventually I spent more time making calls and sending emails to tell them that Homebot values were way off and that certainly doesn't look like I'm sending them value. I've had many clients contact me, not for the CMA but to ask to be removed. Customer support didn't have any answer to why the values were so off except to tell me they don't consider number of beds/baths (???) and tell me the benefit of sending bad info is so I can reach out to my clients or they'll ask for a CMA. Would be better to send out correct info to begin with as my business is built on my knowledge. There are better systems out there, some of them free through your MLS. Make sure you do your homework.

This service is not for me and there's no one you can talk to expept for sales. I want to cancel, have left 3 messages NOthing. So frustrating
