I quite literally would not be in my home if not for Christian's research and support. From start to finish he provided an analysis of the area I wanted to live in, researched local trends, got a rapid pre-qualification letter, and worked his tail off when we found a home we needed to move rapidly on paperwork needed for us to buy. The entire process he was very transparent on what to expect, quick to respond, and handled many of the logistics above and beyond role of "just" broker. On that note, he hustled hard to get our interest rate locked in so we didn't have to deal with the volatility of the market as well as found every way to keep our monthly payments under control. I couldn't recommend Christian more! Home buying can be so stressful if you don't have the right team but this experience has been the smoothest and fastest process I have ever seen. Within 24 hours of our initial appointment Christian had our pre-approval to our relator to put an offer on a house. On a typical purchase it takes 30 days to close, our close date was already short with only a 2 week close of escrow date and EVEN BETTER Christian got us the clear to close within 5 DAYS!
