I received a random flyer about refinancing my home, I had already completed an application from a competitor, Based on what the flyer promised I decided to give the a call and see what they had to offer and see if it was better than what I was about to get. I called early in the morning and was fortunate to get the main man Nathan, owner of the company. Without divulging the offer made by the other company, I explained that this was kind of an emergency and I plainly asked him, "what can you do for me?". Nathan made this process so simple and expedited all the necessary paperwork. This company went above and beyond and delivered what they said on the flyer. He got me a great interest rate and got me the cash I needed. I was very impressed with how they kept me in the loop throughout this process. Nathan would just call me and say where we were in the process and I feel like I've known him for a long time. Professional service in a very timely manner.
