Working with Brent on my mortgage was so much easier than I anticipated. I am a first time home buyer so I didn’t know much about the process, but Brent and his team explained it to me and kept me informed the whole time. They also educated me on the CHFA Down Payment Assistance loan that I used for the purchase and I was able to buy with a very small down payment.
