Justin helped me refinance three properties. The process was timely and organized. Because his knowledge of complicated approval situations is top notch, he was able to present mortgage options that made the most sense financially. Most employees at big lenders don't have the experience and knowledge to qualify you for the best deal. When you call a big bank you don't know who you will get on the phone to service your loan. I would recommend Justin to anyone for both residential and investment properties.

Andrew is awesome! This is the second time he has help me with my home loan.For the better part of two years. every couple months I would call him asking about refinancing. Not only did they give me the best interest rate (3.37%) after I compared it to my credit union and one other lender, but the professionals at New American Funding were consummate professionals. Bridgette Sweet in the Colorado branch was patient and also informed me of important things that I had no idea about in this home purchasing process. Kyle Jones in the California branch was also phenomenal. And the time difference actually worked in my favor because I was able to speak to them after my work hours.
